BBA Select Membership Agreement

By enrolling in the BBA Select program, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: I understand that BBA Select is a competitive travel basketball and development program operated by Blessed Basketball Academy. Participation requires commitment, accountability, and adherence to program policies, schedules, and expectations. I acknowledge that all membership payments are non refundable. This includes monthly memberships and paid in full memberships. No refunds will be issued for missed practices, missed tournaments, injuries, illness, schedule changes, removal from the program, or voluntary withdrawal. I understand that membership secures a roster spot and access to program training and activities, not guaranteed playing time, positions, roles, or exposure outcomes. I understand that practice schedules, training sessions, and team activities may adjust during tournament weeks, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Schedule changes do not qualify for refunds or credits. I acknowledge that failure to attend scheduled practices, training sessions, meetings, or events does not release me from financial responsibility for the membership. I understand that scholarships are not offered for the BBA Select program. Families needing financial assistance must participate in approved fundraising efforts when available. I agree to follow all Blessed Basketball Academy policies, codes of conduct, and behavioral expectations for athletes and parents. Violations of conduct policies may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from the program without refund. I acknowledge that participation in athletic activity involves inherent risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my childs participation and release Blessed Basketball Academy, BBA Select, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from liability except in cases of gross negligence. I understand that BBA Select reserves the right to update policies, schedules, and program structure as needed to operate effectively and in the best interest of the athletes and program. By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all BBA Select membership terms and conditions.
