Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. While we do not offer refunds for cancellations, we're happy to substitute your missed session with a future gym time slot. To make a substitution request, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Gym time substitutions are subject to availability and must be used within 30 days of the original session date.
